I recently bought a 23 Forester from Catherine Jacomen. I phoned ahead and told her I was looking for a fairly new car with low mileage. She was straight-forward and up-front and gave me the best value possible without playing any of the tiresome 'games'. She also worked with Travis to give me the best trade-in value on the car I was replacing and gave me extra credit for the new tires I had recently purchased. I came back two weeks later with several questions on operating the vehicle and she willingly spent time sitting in my car with me to explain features I did not understand. Catherine is very professional, approachable and knowledgeable. I have already recommended her and the Stratford dealership to several of my friends. Although I live 2 hours away, I will certainly drive back to this dealership for my future driving needs. Excellent customer service! More

After having purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership I was shocked when the quote they gave me (there best price)was more than $3000 dollars more than Subaru dealerships in Kitchener and Mississauga. No point in making an appointment time as they never finish the vehicle anyways. Book a oil change for 2pm and they close at 5pm and just never call to say vehicle is done. Lost in Florida I can't say enough about the exceptional help I received from Faizal Arfeen at Stratford Subaru. While in Florida the battery died on my 2018 Crosstre I can't say enough about the exceptional help I received from Faizal Arfeen at Stratford Subaru. While in Florida the battery died on my 2018 Crosstrek with only 12,150km. I contacted the closest Subaru dealer in Fort Myers and he refused to honour the warranty as it was a Canadian car. I spoke with Faizal and he he went out of his way to call the dealer and get me back on the road. You are a true asset to Subaru. More
