My Review Of Steve Marshall Ford Lincoln:

I've never dealt with a dealership that doesnt back up their words that a customer is number one. The way my husband and myself were treated, was the worst service I have seen. Don't feel comfortable when I walk into the dealership. Questions are not answered or dealt with untill we come in mad. Still waiting on the imaginary jack and wheel wrench that was suppose to be ordered by Milan 2 weeks ago or better and we were told from him it was ordered and would be here in 2 to 3 days....Still no jack and wheel wrench??????For the service that we have had, I would not reccommend this dealership to anyone, although I would reccommend the service department and to deal with Rob!!!

Marlene, I was very glad to hear that Rob Enns was able to get the wheel wrench and jack for you earlier this week. Peter was trying to reach you for an update, but I still wanted to report to you here.

Rob Willoughby was very helpful and provided us with the right truck and good price.
Rob was also very enjoyable to do business with and had the right personality for his job which he was very good at. Will definitely recommend him to everyone we know.

We had a very positive experince purchasing our new Fiesta. Jenny and Steve were outstanding. They had very good suggestions but we never felt pressured. All facets of the process of purchasing the car from sales to administration were excellent.

I'm not sure if I would have bought the car i did had it not been for David's care and attention that he showed me while expaining all the details about the car. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to the "T". Also he is a nice guy.

Everybody was so friendly and helpful. It was nice that they have a little cafe on site so you can grab a bite while they get your vehicle all ready for you.

I am so happy with my Lincoln MKX and glad I bought it at Steve Marahall Ford!

My Review Of Steve Marshall Ford Lincoln:

I was quoted one price then when it came to signing the paper work I was told the correct price. The sales manager had to get involved and that is when I knew I was screwed this man has no customer service and only looks at the numbers.

I had a few things wrong with the truck and was told it would be looked after. I was unaware that I was to pay extra to have the items the sales person and sales manager had agreed to. I would purchase another vehicle from Steve Marshall only to screw them over because that is the way I felt they dealt with me. (Get your money and have the service dept. deal with it.)

One good thing cam out of this, I work for a large company and have spoken with other people who also said they would never by from Steve Marshall again.

The service dept. I have dealt with in the past and they have always gone above and beyond.

Brought van for repair .Fuse had become defective ,causing a mutitude of problems.
Difficult to diagnose ,many hours sent but charged a minium .Problem solved once fuse replaced .

My Review Of Steve Marshall Ford Lincoln:

Our experience at Steve Marshall Ford was more than perfect. We have been thinking of buying a new vehicle for a long time. We researched many different manufacturerers and decided on Ford. Dave gave me a call within 1 hr. of me posting on the Ford Canada site, stating what we were looking for. It just happens that not only were they giving great rebates, but it was 0% financing. Dave was thorough with the Escape that we brought, very detailed in showing us what gadgets were on the SUV, all with a very friendly attitude and answered all our question. He gave us time to consider our purchadse and we did not feel "pressured". Rob, finance officer, was gret, giving us all financial options available. Chris, in automotive repair and services, took us through the website to update/accessorize our vehicle. The website is now on our favorites, and he will be calling us in a couple of weeks to make sure everything is running well with the SUV. Finally the manager, came out to congratulate us and make sure all was well. We really felt that our experience at Steve Marshall Ford was enjoyable and worth every penny we spent. We love our Escape, and looking for to a road trip. Thank you Steve Marshall Ford for everything!!
