Sales has been great I had to take my car in for service to get the engine replaced, and no fault of theirs but it took almost 2 months to get the new engine. In the meantime there was a minor ding and som to get the engine replaced, and no fault of theirs but it took almost 2 months to get the new engine. In the meantime there was a minor ding and some scratches to the paint. They fixed it with no problem, but the service advisor Bryan could use some training in customer service. I sent a text, no reply, called he didn’t call back, and then when I called again was told he was on the phone. I highly recommend that he receive some additional training in customer service. The service manager Dragan was great, and I would recommend him to anyone. More

Hyundai dealership in Stamford has fairly priced cars and a good selection. The overall experience was typical of long processing times and multiple visits, but in the end everything worked out and I got the a good selection. The saving grace of my experience was my salesman, Jonathan Dorvil, who was always available whenever I needed to answer my many questions and accommodate my weird schedule to test-drive cars. He even came in on his day off so I wouldn’t miss a car I was interested in.. I bought a new hyundai tuscon from Stamford Hyundai. I have been waiting over 4 months because my bluetooth microphone is NOT working. I went in person 4 times to get help.
