We were able to get the deal done they tried to push service fees on me that I didn't agree with I took the vehicle for a test drive and the price was what I was told and then when I decided that would service fees on me that I didn't agree with I took the vehicle for a test drive and the price was what I was told and then when I decided that would be the vehicle I'd buy they came back with a little over 4,000 extra on the price tell me that's going to be the price and I told them no that's 4,000 more than what I had was under the impression of when I took for test drive I would not be paying that and I'm like and you come back with the price that I agreed to on the test drive or I walk they did I don't like hidden fees that's dishonest the finance team had to work very hard on my behalf cuz I'm in the middle of closing my business and going to work for somebody else so I had an employment letter they did do very well with that they were very patient because the person in human resources that needed to do my employment letter kept getting called out on emergencies so it did take a few days to get it they were patient and they were respectful they did try to sell me a brand new vehicle which I was not interested in I was interested in a very particular vehicle because it had the features I want it which was as few as possible and they want it to put me in something newer that was the closest thing Dodge had to a base model but it has features that I don't like click the big screens and all that other stuff I'm a long-haul truck driver I'm not into technology I don't like that stuff if I had it my way I would have manual wind up Windows and knobs on my radio they had a used Ford product on their lot that yeah it's got a lot of modern features that I'm not interested in but it's a lot closer to what I like and they made it happen would I recommend dealing with them if you're smart and you understand the car buying business and understand the truth about these hidden fees and you've got the backbone to walk away from a deal and tell them no definitely go deal with them but if you're easily pushed around and manipulate it I don't think there's people to deal with that being said I have enjoyed the experience dealing with them this far all of my documents are signed the vehicles in the shop getting a signal light switch replaced because it also controls the wipers and the wipers don't shut off completely it is well known problem on the F-150 switch wears out you just replace the switch and it's good so we'll see how I feel about it tomorrow when I pick up the truck More
