Nancy and Steve always do a fantastic job with my vehicles. Nancy really went above and beyond this last visit when my '13 ZL1 needed a new supercharger that the warranty covered. Not great experience. Made an appointment over a week ago for a recall. Showed up early and after about an hour, I was informed the service department did not have parts Made an appointment over a week ago for a recall. Showed up early and after about an hour, I was informed the service department did not have parts for the recall. Pretty frustrating to book an appointment in advance only to have to waste my time and reschedule for later. I call the GM to give him feedback on my experience. He came off defensive and condescending. Not going back! More
