The tech Kristen is a 100/10. The process that "HAD" to happen was annoying. Simple and to the point. The initial Friday I brought the vehicle in which was less then 15 minutes after the fault was discovered I was met with a mix of . You didn't get the extended warranty . You said you would take care of issues your self . Are you sure the light is an LED cause we don't cover bulbs. Mean while the vehicle is under manufacturer the warranty. The vehicle was in my possession less then 2 weeks off the lot when failure of the part occurred. The initial Tech (NOT Kristen) failed to have sufficient knowledge to properly diagnose the issue even when presented with the issue directly. Resulting in me having to wait 6 days before the part was even ordered to be covered. 6 days where at any point I could have been pulled over for the issue and fined. 6 days before someone could even look at it and say the exact same thing I as a person with 8 years background as a mechanic and 14 years in Tech showed them. And in all honesty If there is no way to streamline emergency maintenance at this specific dealer then I don't believe I can recommend them for any further purchases myself or other. More
