Easiest, smoothest, most stress-free experience of buying a vehicle. It began on a Sunday when I called asking about the vehicle. Spoke with Timothy, who told me that there was someone else who was comin a vehicle. It began on a Sunday when I called asking about the vehicle. Had my respect right there, as that is how I would want to be treated. Hour later and as promised Timothy called and said it was still available. I said I would like to see it the next day. He suggested a small refundable deposit to keep it on hold. He also sent a copy of the deposit receipt by email to me. Next day, I arrive and there it is, with a hold tag attached. I spoke with Eric who gave me they keys and said to take all the time I wanted. No pressure, no unnecessary questions. An hour later I signed the vehicle agreement. Later in the week I picked it up--the scuff mark (not a deal breaker anyway) had been buffed out completely, even though I never said anything about it. Derek finalized the deal, let us know he was grateful we came to look and subsequently bought a vehicle at his dealership, and told us where to go for the inspection. The fee had already been taken care of in the documents, but I mention this because this was the first time anyone let me know that--I had previously paid for all inspections out of pocket prior to this buy.
