After the appointment I phoned or texted 2 times to find out which 2 services are still recommended. We did discuss those things before I left, but I only remembered one of them. Since I could not figure it out on my receipt, I needed to be reminded what they were. I got a return message from my service representative saying he was busy and would get back to me. He did not return either message. After the first time I did speak with someone else, who told me two things that hadn't been discussed while I was there.
