Would give you a 5 star except you changed your process from offering a round trip from uber for those of us who don't have access to someone else for pick up or drop off. His professionalism, personable demeanor, and honesty were greatly appreciated. I intend to have Billy handle all my future service needs. I believe it would be beneficial for other service advisors to emulate his approach. I would also like to note that this particular visit was for a recall, so there was no financial gain for your service technicians.
