"Excellent no pressure salesmen"

Shelly was awesome! No pressure at all. I didnt feel like she was trying to sell me on anything, just wanted to make me happy! Highly recommend! Doug was a beast and made me a great deal. Never once felt pressure to buy "extras" or be sold anything. Awesome team I am VERY satisfied with both of them. Got a great car at a fair price.

"professional courtesy"

I wasn't planning on buying a car that day but fell in love with the car I test drove. Shelly Dixon spent time going over details and listening to my concerns. Shelly is kind and has a good sense of humour. All the staff were friendly and professional and everything was followed through promptly. I'm happy with my purchase of a ell designed car.

"Fast service, professional, and friendly"

I walked in the door and was test driving the car I was interested in, in under 10 minutes. Shelley was very friendly and was not a pushy salesman. Very easy to talk to and listened to my requests. Brian was very knowledgeable when it came time to do the financing and talk about extended warranty and protection plans. Overall a great experience.

"Years of poor service"

Bought 3 vehicles at Sherwood park Hyundai. Started off terrible. Not sure why I continued. One thing after another. Poor servivice. And now that I am out of province. Even worse. Trying to reciting a problem they sold me a pro-PAC. And missed a very important part of it. Never found out till I am living out of province and having a very hard time to rectify this. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 0. Out of 10

"Terrible service"

Had a quote over phone from Rosemary to do a timing belt in a car. Quoted me $630, I asked her if that was the total cost and was informed it could change a bit depending on if seals needed to be done. Picked up car and cost was now $1100 and recommending everything they could think of to get more work done. Wife picked up car for me and was told that I was quoted correctly as well as advisor talking to me a few times( I never talked to anyone), and being boldfaced lied to by Service booking saying I was actually quoted higher. Got absolutely nowhere when displeasure voiced to manager and booking advisor. DO NOT go here for service, dishonest and not to be trusted.
