We got a 2021 qashqai from here. It is a good vehicle, but the rep switched and baited us. He changed the payment terms without letting us know. Just beware. They also checked my partner's credit 4 times, and now it's flagged. I am unsure how many times they checked mine. Their behaviour is disgusting and malicious. the financial manager called and said he would help, but after a long phone call, he did absolutely nothing. waste of time and money. if you need a loan and have credit issues. DO NOT GO HERE. they will offer to help, but in the end, they will just make it worst for you. More

I needed my automatic window switch replaced as mine was working intermittently. The service advisor, Laurie, was absolutely wonderful. While I knew I was there for a vehicle repair, Laurie kept the convers working intermittently. The service advisor, Laurie, was absolutely wonderful. While I knew I was there for a vehicle repair, Laurie kept the conversation friendly, while still professional. She is an asset to the company. Although Laurie was “doing her job”, I like to refer to her as my friend. Oh yeah, the service was great too! 🙂 More

Had 2 Kia Sedona in 6 years with blown engines lost about $ 15000 on the first one and have 163000 km on a 2017 Kia Sedona that had all the proper maintenance had only $4800 left owing on the loan and about $ 15000 on the first one and have 163000 km on a 2017 Kia Sedona that had all the proper maintenance had only $4800 left owing on the loan and engine blew again. Was told it would cost $24000 for Kia to replace an engine. Was told my Van was now only worth $3000 and I would have to cover the $1800 left owing plus the cost of the used sportage I was looking at. Was made to feel like they were doing me a favour. No help from Kia for the blown engines in either van. Will never buy another Kia product again. Had been a customer of Kia since 2004 was my 5th Kia. Never Again! More
