The service wasn’t terrible before the car purchase, but after the smart remarks and snooty attitudes because I had questions were really annoying to deal with as a first time car buyer. They purposely took me on a drive where I wouldn’t see my back camera was broken. Refused to fix it and said it’s up the the owner to repair and not for the car salesmen’s to know the mechanics of the car. Also they said the car was inspected 2x but they don’t tell you till after the car is inspected when it first gets there so it could be there for a year and they won’t check it before selling it to you. At a point unprofessional and pressed for a sale! I love my car though I got her fixed but I had to spend a lot of money in the process where as I may not have bought the car at all if I knew what I know now. More

My experience is always pleasant at Banister Ford. As a return customer, I place my car needs into the hands of Mr. Davonte Manuel (Service Advisor). Additionally, the service and break areas are always immaculate. I have waited at Banister Ford for the completion of maintenance on my vehicle the last three times I visited and have never seen the Service Department disheveled in any shape, form, or fashion. The break area is open, spacious, well lit, and very clean. The chairs are comfortable too. All said, Banister Ford is the only place that I have taken my 2019 Ford Edge for maintenance since I purchased it. I trust them with my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Davonte is the absolute best!!! More
