My Review Of Scott Kia:
I bought a 2012 KIA Sorento from Sherwood Park KIA last year. The salesman at that dealership never took the time to explain the features of my vehicle. While I was able to figure out the basics, many of the newer "gadgets" were an enigma to me. I went to Scott KIA for servicing today. Not only were they courteous and polite (thank you Andrew, Mario, and Tyler from service), but Adam Fik from Scott KIA sales took the time to review the features of my Sorento that I had no idea even existed or what they were!! Adam left me with his contact card if I had any further questions and told me to call anytime. He also provided me with a DealerRater card, requested that I rate my experience with Scott KIA and sincerely did not coach me about what to say. His advice was to write whatever I wanted and how I would rate my experience. In contrast the salesman from Sherwood KIA , Gordon Miller, insisted that everything about his reviews were to be rated "Excellent, excellent, excellent." Sorry Mr. Miller, you flunked. Scott KIA you get AAAA+++++!! Thank you Adam!
