I bought a 2012 KIA Sorento from Sherwood Park KIA last year. The salesman at that dealership never took the time to explain the features of my vehicle. While I was able to figure out the basics, many of the newer "gadgets" were an enigma to me. I went to Scott KIA for servicing today. Not only were they courteous and polite (thank you Andrew, Mario, and Tyler from service), but Adam Fik from Scott KIA sales took the time to review the features of my Sorento that I had no idea even existed or what they were!! Adam left me with his contact card if I had any further questions and told me to call anytime. He also provided me with a DealerRater card, requested that I rate my experience with Scott KIA and sincerely did not coach me about what to say. His advice was to write whatever I wanted and how I would rate my experience. In contrast the salesman from Sherwood KIA , Gordon Miller, insisted that everything about his reviews were to be rated "Excellent, excellent, excellent." Sorry Mr. Miller, you flunked. Scott KIA you get AAAA+++++!! Thank you Adam!

I bought my first brand new vehicle ever on my birthday last week from Scott Kia. Thanks to Adam, Tracey and Andrew for making the process so smooth and easy. What a great experience!!!! I am loving my new Kia Rondo, so easy to handle, peppy and great gas mileage. I was referred to Kia by my oldest daughter and her husband who own a Sorrento and have had great service from Scott Kia. My youngest daughter also purchased a Kia Soul from the same dealer and she agreed that I should check out the vehicles here. I was not disappointed and would highly recommend this dealership!! We were well treated at Scott Kia from our first arrival until we purchased a used car. We thought we got a very good deal on the car, and a great value on our trade-in. They were accomodating for all our needs, and the experience was free of the unpleasantness involved with high pressure salespeople.

The employees at Scott KIA are amazing. They were extremely patient in allowing me to buy when it was right for me. Adam has top notch product knowledge and a refreshingly low amount of "BS" when demonstrating a vehicle. Robert offered a deal I wanted without needing to be forced and with very little pressure. I give top marks to finance for making the deal work in a timely manner. This dealership definitely deserves 5 out of 5. We bought a 2013 Sorento EX AWD.

Very friendly, helpful staff. My only complaint would be that when I originally said yes to my new purchase, we had worked out a price and everything seemed to have been agreed upon. A couple days later when I was happily anticipating picking up my new vehicle, they admitted to an error on their part regarding pricing of the vehicle. They simply expected me to accept the new terms at the much higher price. It wound up being a bit stressful but eventually I hashed it out with the dealership GM and he agreed to add undercoating and a car starter as compensation for their mistake. I know I would not have received this if I hadn't pretty much begged for it even though it was their error. Although this experience left a bad taste in my mouth, I do love my new car (2013 rio) and the service since has been superb.
