My 2021 Kia Seltos was my third Kia. Bought through Dina Tress and if I get a fourth it will be with her. My journey with the car has been wonderful , I love this car. However late last Bought through Dina Tress and if I get a fourth it will be with her. My journey with the car has been wonderful , I love this car. However late last year it developed a knock. I took it into Kia Red Deer and it was determined I needed a new engine. I have nothing bad to say about that as Kia replaced it under warrantee. It did take 6 weeks, however I had a loaner (3 different ones) the whole time. I was very impressed with their service in my case. More

Took 2. 5 months for engine work and brakes. Kept saying parts were unavailable or late. Way over padded bill! Had other places do an estimate. Shady service 5 months for engine work and brakes. Kept saying parts were unavailable or late. Way over padded bill! Had other places do an estimate. Shady service corners cut like water rather than coolant, re used dirty oil and spark plugs put in an old serpentine belt after engine recall work. Car broke down within the hour after picking up. It is my experience is a i pay for block hiter and without my permission kia putting extra asesores it is extra cost 4000$ and didn't install block hitting i go back to kia and i ask didn't give me go without my permission kia putting extra asesores it is extra cost 4000$ and didn't install block hitting i go back to kia and i ask didn't give me good answer and talking to rudely i installed blok hiter outside he changed me 800$ my 3000 block hiter mony is gone to kia it is west of money I am completely unhappy with kia i asked to kia refund my money kia total me you can't get your money back please don't dile with kia More

I have a 2020 Kia Soul that I bought from this dealership, dealing with Brock was awesome. Since then, the service department has been an absolute joke to deal with. Multiple issues with our car dealership, dealing with Brock was awesome. Since then, the service department has been an absolute joke to deal with. Multiple issues with our car and we had to bring it in 4 times to get one issue fixed. Had to tell the department 5 times which issue needed to get fixed and a “30 minute wait” turned into half a day. Will be getting serviced elsewhere. More
