First off, I would like to start off this review by saying I have been a customer of Schultz Ford for over 20 years. I grew up in New York not far from Schultz Ford and now live in Massachusetts and c saying I have been a customer of Schultz Ford for over 20 years. I grew up in New York not far from Schultz Ford and now live in Massachusetts and continue to lease and buy cars from Schultz Ford. In over 20 Years I have never felt like I was taken advantage of and have always been treated with exceptional Service whether buying, leasing or having service done when I have been in town. Now for why I am writing this review. I stayed at a hotel In Newark NJ where I left my car while I traveled overseas for 10 days. I received a phone call on the 9th of December (from the hotel In Newark while I was still overseas) letting me know that my Tires and Rims had been stolen off of my vehicle and it was sitting up on blocks. Needless to say, this was shocking news! I decided to call Schultz Ford and told them about my situation and without hesitation they replied don’t even worry about it we will take care of it for you. The next day Schultz Ford sent down a flatbed tow truck with tires, lug nuts and a rental car which they left in the car port of the hotel so when I returned, I would be ready to roll out of there. So, Thank You!! Schultz Ford and the entire team for great customer service!! I will continue to be a loyal custom! More
I took my car for a diagnostic check up this past October and Tara the service rep was a great pleasure to work with. She was kind, professional and thourough with my car's diagnostic problem and she provide and Tara the service rep was a great pleasure to work with. They had a nice, quiet area where I was able to connect to their wifi and work while the issue was addressed. Everyone went out of their way to ensure the experience was positive, and the best part was that the issue was covered under warranty at no charge. More
My Sync class Schultz Ford invited me to a My Sync class to teach us (seniors) My Sync and how to use it. The teacher Ruggero Fratarcangeli was excellent and went Schultz Ford invited me to a My Sync class to teach us (seniors) My Sync and how to use it. The teacher Ruggero Fratarcangeli was excellent and went above and beyond. All of use learned so much useful information and I will now use this program on a regular basis. He brought real life uses for My Sync and helped us gain a comfort level I never imagined. Thank you Schultz Ford for this amazing class and to help me enjoy my new car and its features. More

This is by far the best dealership I have done business with. Recently, Schultz Ford really went above and beyond with a service repair my vehicle needed. Not only did they make it as stress free and easy as possible, they also had it ready sooner then expected. One Ford service center told me it was going to be 2-3 weeks for my car to be repaired. Right away I thought to call Craig and see what he could do. He took my car right away and had it repaired in 3 days. If you want top of the line customer service then Schultz Ford is dealership and service center for you! Thank you!! More

Service Above and Beyond So rarely do you find an organization that not only provides great service but will go out of their way to see a customer satisfied. I got a good taste of that when we purchased our vehicle but I recently had a situation with my vehicle, all of my own doing that brought me to the service department at Schultz Ford/Lincoln. Hoping they could point me in a direction that would solve my problem. Not only did they take care of the problem for me but they did it with a level of professionalism and concern which fare exceeded my expectations. Thank you Caesar and the staff at Schultz I appreciate all you did to help me. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to my friends and family not only for their sales department but for their service as well. More
Missing Parts Last Saturday I was going to take my children out from their dorm rooms at college, when I realized my Ford F150 was missing the jack and tire hook. I went to two different auto part stores for the parts but could not locate them. My last experience with a dealer was a nightmare. When I walk in the parts department was closed, 7:30 am on a Saturday. Luckily the parts manager Robert opened up to take my order, but did not have the parts in stock. As we were speaking I told him my story of the 300 mile circle I was about to start and left to try to find the parts elsewhere. When I opened the front door about to leave, the owner had sent one of his guys to pull the parts from a new truck and lend them to me for my trip. Thank you, Craig you made my day and trip worry free. More
