I have reviewed the technician's video of your inspections and while the video does indeed show what looks like a leak. We would like to apologize if you were made to feel as if this was your fault and should have made clear about what the charges were ahead of time. I am not able to research your account due to there being no last name with your post. Oil change services are most definitely more expensive than in the past due to rising costs of materials and labor rates, and is most unfortunate.
