Today I went there with my wife to try 2023 Nissan Rogue with a promotion deal of 0% rate for 2 year lease. The sale person was very kind and informative. He told me let me discuss it with my sale manager and we put 500 dollar deposit to show our willingness. The manager showed up and with the rudest tone told me : " this is the best deal and you know what if you don't want to buy it, there is a lady who wants it right now and I will sell her. " I can't imagine that kind of attitude in Canada but hopefully I experience it". He then asked us to talk and I told him I am not happy with his attitude and we cancel it! We will so close to make a deal but with unpleasant attitude of the manager we cancel it! Beware of this attitude and try other dealerships to deal with you with respect and diligence. More
No wonder this dealership has a 2. 4 rating. Don't go to Royal Oak Nissan for anything, go to another dealership if you really like the Nissan. I made a huge mistake saying "I need 4 rating. I had the worst experience ever in a car dealership in my 30 years of buying car in Calgary. The manager Mr. Mah was probably most disrespectful person I have ever met. I wanted to buy my first ever Nissan this week. Not because I like Nissan, but it's "0%" interest rate for 24 months. I had an appoint to meet the sales person at 5 PM. At 4:30 PM I got a call that I need to meet with a different sales man. This sales person Zak was a wonderful salesman and very helpful, I was so impressed. He helped us select the car I really wanted. It's like they have a lot of car and he is helping us to get the best car. We were getting ready to go for a test drive. But for some reasons if he asked me if I were fully ready to buy the car immediately. I made a huge mistake saying "I need to talk to my wife for which color she likes". Everything changed after that. Zak told me that he cannot talk about the price unless all descision makers are at the table and suggested me to leave and make another appointment. And asked me if I would like to talk to his manager. My second manager was saying "Yes". Then the great manager Mr. Mah came in. His question was "who wears the pant at the home" and the next statement was "We have only one Rogue and a lot of customers". I was trying to leave after that, but had to listen to his rant for another 5 minutes. I was so relived that my wife called me from the airport and was able to leave. I was able to buy my car next day from Northland Volkswagen. What a difference between the two dealership. Every person at Volkswagen wass better than Nissan and obviously manager being the most likable of all of them. More
Walked in as a first time customer with battery issues. They were great at explaining that the tester shoes I needed a replacement, but didn’t tell me the price. Left in tears and completely broker beefier Christmas. Service advisor and everyone was “that’s our price, what do you’ve sent me to do take the battery out?” Excuse me? No smiles, no apology, just stone cold. I told the service advisor as I was leaving, next time tel customers what the cost will be. This is when I get a slight apology. This is quite the experience as a first time customer! I was clearly looking for a dealership for my vehicle service in the future. I don’t understand this at all. Very unsatisfied with the customer service we received and there were issues with the diagnosis on our vehicle as well. It's been close to 2 months and we are still waiting for the call from the Gener and there were issues with the diagnosis on our vehicle as well. Horrible experience with the Royal Oak Nissan service dept. Multiple miscommunications between the Service Desk Reception (Kim) and the parts dept. resulting in delays, wasted trips, false and inaccurat dept. Multiple miscommunications between the Service Desk Reception (Kim) and the parts dept. resulting in delays, wasted trips, false and inaccurate quotes, and a LOT of frustration. We were even given an untrue story about a long delay in a parts shipment, for a very standard item, only to later realize there is a Napa Auto Parts down the street that had plenty in stock. We will take our Nissans anywhere else going forward and avoid this dealership like the plague!!!! More

I did not purchase the vehicle I was looking at on their site, but got a Juke instead. Dylan and Dan took care of the process with great professionalism and after 4 dealership visits throughout that week I found what would work for me with a pre-owned car. Sorry, don’t remember the name of the lady who went over the details of the Juke when I picked it up. But, very helpful and thorough also. Thanks everyone Elizabeth Cox More
Service desk receptionist was on the the phone and insisted to customer the service appt. was for a Rogue. Turned out 2 cars in the family. Nasty. No one there and back personnel told me to wait her would help me soon. More
