Great car and buying experience from Carter and the team. The only negative was a feature we were told was included on the car that it doesn't have, and would have impacted our purchase decision. Carter Ward was outstanding! Courteous, respectful, and efficient. He was quick to contact me on my online inquiry, even though it was after hours. We set up a time for the next day and he contacted me 30 minutes beforehand to ensure we were still on. I thought the deal was fair for the car I bought and for my trade in. He laid the deal out and I was pleased that there were no crazy charges involved other than the doc fee that I thought was relatively reasonable (even though I hate doc fees). All in all, I had a really good experience. More
