This dealership has horrible customer service. I was trying to buy a car from them and the salesman I was working with (Ken Beam) sold it out from under me and stated that he is sorry he couldn't I was trying to buy a car from them and the salesman I was working with (Ken Beam) sold it out from under me and stated that he is sorry he couldn't get back to me as he was too busy. I tried to put money down or even pay cash but he ignored me for 3 days. I then received rude emails from him after I called the sales manager because no one would return my calls or emails. This dealership doesn't care at all about their customers. I would never go here to buy a car. There are plenty of other dealers across the US. When I finally got ahold of a manager he stated he would call me back but never did. Just horrible.... More
