Terrible experience with Henry. Upon arriving I was double booked with Diana and Henry soon took over the car buying details. First when he was trying to over the price of the vehic Upon arriving I was double booked with Diana and Henry soon took over the car buying details. First when he was trying to over the price of the vehicle and the taxes and fees. I notice that the taxes were wrong and not of my area and was an additional 400$ more than it should have been. He then return with the correct taxes and we had advised that the vehicle was still a little over budget. Then stated “that was fine that he was not going to lower the price even by 20$ since he had the best price out there”. We advised again we had a certain amount which he then proceeded to say “ That’s great I’d rather not do business with you then and sell the vehicle to another customer”. I was in complete shock and had never had a sales manager tell a customer they rather refuse my business. Would never go back to this specific person considering how rude he was. More
