We purchased a Nissan Titan from Bob, but once we got it home found there was problems starting the vehicle. He arranged for the truck to be towed to Nissan and for us to have another truck to use while rep home found there was problems starting the vehicle. He arranged for the truck to be towed to Nissan and for us to have another truck to use while repairs were done. Although Nissan was adamant about there being nothing wrong, Bob wouldn't have it. He researched the make and model and found there had been a recall on the fuel pump, that the dealership was unaware of. Not only that, he also asked they test the trucks CPU, low and behold it was also faulty. Throughout the whole process Bob was in constant contact with us with updates and ETAs. This is the second used vehicle we have purchased with Bob and have no hesitation recommending him to our family and friends. I'm certain our next vehicle will be purchased from Mr. McComick, as his demeanor and client care is second to none!! More

After the sale they had it through the garage and ready to go extremely fast and were very good about making sure I got familiar with all the features in the vehicle. Transaction was completed in 14 days. Excellant !! I tried to purchase a similar auto from the GO Auto organization one week earlier. I will not be treated to the 1970's used car salesman scham program. I purchased a New Audi Q5 with every option available, in June of this year from Southgate Audi, My buying experience ranked 10+++. Keep up the great work guys. I had a very relaxed and comfortable feeling dealing with Bob. I was pretty darn impressed by his forwardness and honesty. You don;t find that with everyone. I spent less time worrying about the small things which left me time to think of what I was about to purchase....a NEW TRUCK! This was my first new vehicle, and a beauty. I was so incredibly pleased by the end of my transaction I had almost forgotten what I had just spent! You pay for quality, and you pay for a vehicle you know will give you the best ride possible with all the extras attached. The thing you don;t pay for is great and friendly help and advice. I felt I had all of the above! I'm one happy camper and I tip my fictional hat to the gem who helped me purchase my truck. Cheers! More
Went in not really planning on buying that day, however due to the great deal and pricing that I was offered it was just too good to pass up. They were not installed squarely in the box and I am hoping this does not affect the pulling of my trailer alignment with the tow vehicle. More

I just picked my malibu up today. It had been there for more than three weeks and I expected it to be perfect now but guess what! Now it has electrical problems there are no lights on the stereo and I can' more than three weeks and I expected it to be perfect now but guess what! Now it has electrical problems there are no lights on the stereo and I can't dim the gauges it is just rediculous all that stuff worked before! It makes me so mad. I just want my money back now and just forget about that piece of junk!! I know they will just want to make another deal but what if they don't have the kind of car I'm looking for?! I've had nothing but problems with the 2012 Malibu way more than I had with my old 2004 grandprix with 270000 kms. I should stuck with that one. I don't know why I even traded it in. More
