We purchased a Nissan Titan from Bob, but once we got it home found there was problems starting the vehicle. He arranged for the truck to be towed to Nissan and for us to have another truck to use while rep home found there was problems starting the vehicle. He researched the make and model and found there had been a recall on the fuel pump, that the dealership was unaware of. Not only that, he also asked they test the trucks CPU, low and behold it was also faulty. Throughout the whole process Bob was in constant contact with us with updates and ETAs. This is the second used vehicle we have purchased with Bob and have no hesitation recommending him to our family and friends. I'm certain our next vehicle will be purchased from Mr. McComick, as his demeanor and client care is second to none!! More

Went in not really planning on buying that day, however due to the great deal and pricing that I was offered it was just too good to pass up. I just picked my malibu up today. It had been there for more than three weeks and I expected it to be perfect now but guess what! Now it has electrical problems there are no lights on the stereo and I can' more than three weeks and I expected it to be perfect now but guess what! Now it has electrical problems there are no lights on the stereo and I can't dim the gauges it is just rediculous all that stuff worked before! It makes me so mad. I just want my money back now and just forget about that piece of junk!! I know they will just want to make another deal but what if they don't have the kind of car I'm looking for?! I've had nothing but problems with the 2012 Malibu way more than I had with my old 2004 grandprix with 270000 kms. I should stuck with that one. I don't know why I even traded it in. More
