Great Experience Firstly I drove all the way from Newmarket to purchase a vehicle at this establisment first time coming to see it. I wa just overwhelmed by the honesty and friendlyness of the staff and absolutely no pressure to buy. Mathew got the car ready to drive and it was a pleasure to go out with him, telling me about his family and buisness. I decided to buy the car they were honest they took it off the market and I came back a week later to pick it up. They were kind enough to come and pick me up at the GO station and drove me back to their dealership. The car was perfect washed and cleaned but one small thing was overlooked there was only a quarter tank of gas in the car. Ray pulled out a 50 dollar bill in cash and said our apologies, on us please fill the tank. That is why I can reccomend this dealership with no hesitation, they make the experience perfect making the customer feel like he is super important the way it should be. It has been 2 months now that I have owned the car and I cant tell you how pleased I am with the car and the deal they offered me. Compared to buying the car at a dealer I saved about 8000 dollars. Super Used Car Buying Experience! We did our research and decided on a 2013 Genesis. We searched the web and saw that Rogers Motors in Oakville had one that we were interested in. Wh We did our research and decided on a 2013 Genesis. We searched the web and saw that Rogers Motors in Oakville had one that we were interested in. When we arrived, we were allowed to roam the lot freely by ourselves, with no interference from any salesmen. When we finally found the car we were looking for, we contacted Matt and went for a test drive. He explained they were a family dealership and no one was on commission. He was upfront and honest with all of our questions. The car was priced very fairly, especially since it came with new tires, brakes and rotors. When we decided to buy, Matt assured us that any concerns that we had about the car, would be looked after and he went through everything when we picked it up. All in all, a very pleasant car buying experience! I would highly recommend this car lot for any automobile purchase and I will surely consider buying another car here. Thanks. Joe P. More
