Needless to say, I was inundated with car facts, stats, ratings, numbers, recommendations, warnings, consumer reports magazines, advice from friends, advice from parents, and googling; I was exhausted. The idea of adding a stereotypical car salesman to this for every dealership I went to, would've just been the rotten cherry on top. Fortunately, that was not my experience at Rogers Motors. I was there three separate times, each of which I was given the space and time to look at the car without someone watching over my shoulder. At no point was I made to feel unwelcome to do so, nor unwelcome to go home and think. It was really great that there was no pressure from the dealership adding to my already tiring and high-anxiety situation; my car and first big purchase just so happens to be a big deal to me! We cross referenced reviews of these models and really took our time. Part of this processes was deciding what dealer we would go with and we test drove at Rogers Motors fairly early on, met with Filip there and he really did a great job, he provided us with the information we needed with out any sales pressure or any kind of cajoling effort. After a month of looking we had settled on a model and were actually in talks with a different dealership, but we could feel a distinct apathy from that dealer, and we remembered the Excellent service we received at Rogers and they happened to have the model we wanted at a better price. The whole team there is fantastic. 5 out 5 would do again. More

Didn't end up buying but I went in looking for a Subaru Forester, of which they had 2 in stock. When I expressed interest I was given the keys and told "take all the time you I went in looking for a Subaru Forester, of which they had 2 in stock. When I expressed interest I was given the keys and told "take all the time you need, we only ask that you don't drive off", then I was left alone with the car. Once I saw this, I knew this was my kind of dealership. No commission, no annoying sales people running outside to try and be the first one to speak to you, no hidden fees, no surprises at the end price. The dealership is not huge, it's nice inside but it's a humble building, meaning unlike most other dealerships, you aren't paying for the fancy building when you buy the car. Family based company (only 4 guys) based on a stellar business model (it's literally written on the wall for you to see). Matt was my "facilitator" ( I say that and not salesman because he really wasn't trying to SELL me anything), and he was phenomenal. Cool guy to talk to about anything, felt like I knew him for years. I would even go back now just to hang out there (no joke, I really would). He was very upfront with all the details of a possible sale, and even encouraged me to go home and think about it. The ONLY reason I didn't end up buying from there is because I found a comparable deal for the exact same car at my local Subaru dealership, which I have bought 4 cars from in the past, and it was closer to my home. If I didn't have any ties to any other place, that forester would be in my driveway right now. Even though I didn't buy anything from Rogers Motors, I still left with the realization that buying a used car from an independent lot doesn't have to be the typical dreaded experience. I would recommend this place to anyone and honestly, would have bought all of my other cars from them had I known about them at the time. More

Mat even went to the extent to help us deal with a situation we were having with our rental car! Wow! Talk about feeling like more than just another customer! We immediately felt like family and the feeling within the dealership and shop is the same. This truly was a great experience and we would not hesitate to refer Rogers Motors to our family and friends or anyone else for that matter! Upon delivery of the car we purchased we were pleased to see that it was totally detailed (inside and out), new brakes all around and undercoating done. I've been extremely happy with the car and a large part of that has been the customer service I received when I bought the car and the after sales support and follow up since the purchase. However, Rogers is not your regular car deal I was dreading the thought of dealing with a car salesman, as in the past our experiences had been awful. However, Rogers is not your regular car dealership which was evident upon entry. There was no flashy showroom with "hungry" sales people waiting to pounce. We were met by Filip who took us on a test drive of the Lexus RX350. At no time was there any pressure put upon us. We then met Ray who was very accommodating and we truly feel we rec'd an excellent deal. I would highly recommend. More

From my initial call and discussion with Ray, to my humorous and informative interactions with Mathew. My experience has been nothing less than fabulous. I visited RM after attempting to purchase a vehicle over the last 3 weeks and visiting no less than 10 other dealerships, expecting the same level of poor of services and shady salesmanship on this attempt I was pleasantly surprised. I received prompt service, attention and more refreshingly some honesty and frankness. I had list of questions and concerns that were all answered and addressed without any hard pressure about purchasing, I got to examine and test drive the vehicle. After knowing it was the one for me the paperwork completion was smooth but not rushed to ensure I was comfortable with all the details. I was financed at a great rate and given options that suit me.
