This Dealer sold me a Pathfinder that in two weeks has a check engine light coming up. They are not trying to fix the car because they were fully aware that it was a lemon. THE car Shudders which is a tre check engine light coming up. They are not trying to fix the car because they were fully aware that it was a lemon. THE car Shudders which is a trembling when it is driven over time and the check engine light was probably reset which means for a number of miles it didn't show up. I checked our BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and there are similar complaints to mine made by other customers if you want a Nissan go to another dealer and, do not purchase any used or pre-owned inventory from this place, the management is allowing this practice of selling trash cars under the pretense that it's a certified dealer. Don't be fooled especially if you are female or black. Watch out for this business. More

La próxima vez grabaré al vendedor cuando me ofrezca algo , ah cierto y ese algo , fue una mentira de la empleada. Le preguntamos si el vehículo tiene CarPlay y ella dijo que si . Sorpresa fue cuando miramos que el vehículo no tenía CarPlay. Para colmo , la empleada fue despedida y ahora nadie, absolutamente nadie se hace responsable de sus propios errores, ni siquiera te explican los motivos . Una decepción total está marca . He took the time to reassure us and let us know what time to return the next morning. While in the service center waiting area, Tylor saw me and came to check and make sure we where being taken care of. He even went to find out where our car was to get an update for us. I had a service engine soon light come on in my frontier and was having a hard time finding somebody to look at it on a Saturday, but Regal had an opening so I made an appointment. The car was running perfe and was having a hard time finding somebody to look at it on a Saturday, but Regal had an opening so I made an appointment. The car was running perfectly other than the light coming on so I was surprised when they texted me their estimate to fix things that required immediate attention and saw that it was over $12,000 and included things I'd taken care of just a few weeks ago after an inspection from another Nissan dealer. These guys went as far as scrubbing off the wear indicator marks on my brand new wiper blades and trying to sell me new ones. They told me I needed to have my transmission totally replaced due to it throwing error codes, an alignment (done three weeks prior), a brake flush (done three weeks prior), and a slew of other services that they claimed needed to be done immediately. I took it into a transmission shop for a second opinion because of the amount of money and because there were a few red flags after recommending services I'd just had performed. Come to find out my truck needed a new battery, that cleared all of the error codes and they've stayed off, I didn't need to spend $8,000 on a new transmission from them, $100 on a new battery from Walmart took care of it. These guys are either inept or criminals, probably a little bit of both, my service rep was Armando Rodriguez, I'm guessing he makes a commission. Don't take your car here to be serviced. More
