Inquired repair estimate given daughter, standing outside her office, Brooke (SM) told staff member, “she texted Liz, she wasn’t doing no xxxxxxxx go between for no Fu€king repair” He (name unk) came out and her office, Brooke (SM) told staff member, “she texted Liz, she wasn’t doing no xxxxxxxx go between for no Fu€king repair” He (name unk) came out and said “she said” I stopped him saying “I heard what she said” The $256. Diag for Battery Replacement, denied, Brooke said check engine light was for low voltage code’s, Liz said light came on, Unaware the lights flash when started and turned off as system check verify properly functioning. Had vehicle towed home, 1st tow turned away for $85. Charge pay, 2nd tow driver said they were obnoxiously rude. Being trained in Service and Collision w/tools & equipment, chkd Battery last visit, this visit, battery, alternator, starter NPF (No Problem Found). Tech friend ran Diag. & print out. NPF, My belief a slow draw from short in wiring or intermittent ground is cause, He’s returning to assist, N.C. but Learning experience, My Techs, nor I, would have pulled that Crap. 2nd Diagnosis $100. Is cheaper than a xx’ing $1000. “REPAIR” More
Kevin & guys in service department helped me on Saturday am. Check engine light came on while traveling on the interstate. Car isn't safe to drive home. They will analyze and repair on Monday. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here for any repairs. I had an appointment to fix my diesel truck in February 2022.. it sat there and sat there. I keep calling to get updates and since they only have 1 diesel mechanic, it hadn’t been looked at. I explained to them that I was moving to Georgia and I needed the truck (this was now end of March) still not fixed. Had to move and keep the truck there. I try to see if they could just trade it in and I would get a new one from them. They low balled the crap out me trying to have 11,000 dollars roll over on a new vehicle from them. I go out there to get all the stuff out of my truck since I am moving now, and it is sitting in the back of the parking lot, looking like it hasn’t moved since the day I dropped it off… garbage!!! Complete garbage… So now me and my family are at a new location stuck with one vehicle. I continue up to call them and no one ever gives me a call back like I am told every time. Finally get ahold of someone and now the truck is “top priority” (that was 3 weeks ago) then they tell me oh it’s going to be 4000 dollars to get it fixed.. that is on top of me now having to buy a plane ticket and go thru the airport hassle and get up there and then drive it all the way back.. I asked if they would just buy it out right from me. They still haven’t gotten back to me with a price.. which is weird since it is now MAY and my truck has been sitting with them since FEBRUARY… but no one can get back with me on a price.. which I’m sure it will be some LOW BALL price trying to get me to pay 4000 to fix it and probably 10000 to get to payoff.. I will keep everyone updated on how crappy their offer is. DO NOT GO HERE!! They prey and feed off people in tight spots.. especially service members that have no other choice More
Don't know why I have to ask for MY parts back BEFORE they work on it, when I own the car and every part that's in the car. I didn't have time to wait for they to "find" the parts that I had replaced. B they work on it, when I own the car and every part that's in the car. It should be the other way around. Also, called a week 1/2 to make sure they would could work on my car if I bought my own parts, since it wasn't a GM. But when I got to my appointment they act like they wasn't sure. Then try to charge me double the price I was told over the phone for fuel injection cleaning and replace spark plugs and 1 coil. So I could only afford one thing done, because I only brought the amount I was told over the phone. More

The service people were sensitive to our dire situation and provided immediate diagnosis and repair for a serious transmission problem in our Suburban. Despite supply chain delays, they repaired the Suburban in less time than we thought possible. They thoroughly explained the problem and kept us up to date on the status of the vehicle. Both Kevin, the Service Advisor, and Gene, the transmission specialist, were impressive: both are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly - they earned our trust. More
To start I was a loyal costumer of Reed-Lallier but not anymore since they refuse to work on my Chevrolet Trailblazer. I drove 2 hours from Greensboro NC back home to take my vehicle to get it fixed, the anymore since they refuse to work on my Chevrolet Trailblazer. I drove 2 hours from Greensboro NC back home to take my vehicle to get it fixed, the only place I trusted because of being a Chevrolet dealership. I got there, I told them what was going on, they took the truck and the next day I get a call that the battery was low on charge. So i brought them a new battery, while i was on the road with the new battery I get a call that they didn't wanted to touch my truck. I beg the service manager to take a look at my truck, I sign a waiver that if something brakes i was responsible for the damage. Next day passed and I get another call that they did not want to fixed my vehicle. The original problem was that my vehicle did not wanted to crank up. I took the truck back home and it sat on my home for 2 months. I decided to work on it with my brother in law and 3 hrs later my truck had a bad starter. Very bad that a Chevy dealer can fixed a Chevy truck More
The Dealership are crooks, car brought to them for recall part. They said that was not the reason why car would not start. Found something else wrong . Fixing recall cost nothing and they did not offer a ren part. They said that was not the reason why car would not start. Found something else wrong . Matt Davis is the one who took the car for a recall service it lasted a whole day and a half to get it back when he returned it they gave the car running and said they had trouble putting the parts ba service it lasted a whole day and a half to get it back when he returned it they gave the car running and said they had trouble putting the parts back together and now the car is vibrating when I start the engine I went back and told them the problem he didn’t want to take responsibility and tried charging me a $500 diagnostic test to tell me what was wrong when I actually brought the car fully functional without a problem just to get a recall fix and now I have to figure out what they did to it. Would not recommend at all. More
