Purchased a Camaro SS from them 2019 new customer order and wanted to upgrade to ZL1 told me they would need to contact National manager to order Then I had rod bearing fail on the 2019 SS and they proc and wanted to upgrade to ZL1 told me they would need to contact National manager to order Then I had rod bearing fail on the 2019 SS and they proceed to leave it outside and get bird crap on it. Told me they could polish it out and didn't need to use my car cover. (Car had 2K colour correction done) Forced the ZL1 upgrade while my SS took 30 days to get repaired. I found out during the process that they don't sell enough cars to even order a ZL1 and very disappointed that this wasn't mentioned in the spring. Won't Return. More

Tire Damage This dealer swapped out my snow tires for all season tires in the spring. When I went back in the fall to swap them back there was a hole in the side This dealer swapped out my snow tires for all season tires in the spring. When I went back in the fall to swap them back there was a hole in the side wall of one of my snows. They would not accept responsibility and offered nothing except to price out another tire at full price. I bought my truck there but since I only ever used them sor service. I guess they don’t want me for that any longer...bye. More

They resolved the issues quickly and I feel confident that the Service Team at Ray Cullen corrected all of the issues, even though I am sure that some of my concerns seemed minor. I would recommend the service and the management team, to anyone who is looking to purchase of service their vehicle. I will 100% return for regular maintenance and all of my other vehicle needs. When we first started looking around we went to smaller second hand lots--- we test drove a few 2013 equinoxs and were approved immidately --- the sales people were very pushy on the fact that they could have the car ready for us THAT day... We didn't get a very good feeling from most of these dealerships and all of their vehicles had a police reported accident and over 110000kms. We almost signed the papers for one of these cars because I thought that with our situation and not having very much income these were our options and we would have to settle with one .... That night I seen an ad posted from Ray Cullen Chevrolet --- for the IDENTICLE vehicle we had been test driving but HALF the kilometres (55000!!!) and only $1999 more. For some reason big name dealerships are a little intimidating and I didn't think in 100 years we could get approved exspecially with the car costing more! I replied to the ad and was greeting THAT DAY by Dan Cullen inviting me in for a test drive- I called and spoke to him personally and exsplained my situation and how much income we had ect... he said he couldn't make any promises but to just come on in and they would work hard to get us approved! Boy was that the truth! We met with Martin Van Veen who was very friendly and answered all the questions we had ect.... Then Dan Cullen came in and offered us more on our trade in than all the other dealerships AND dropped $999 off the price of the vehicle before we even had to ask! we then met with another man Mark Bedard who discussed the financing options and warranty options we had---- no one was pushy they let us decide what we wanted or needed and gave us many different options to keep the payments where we were comfortable! At first our financing was declined by a few banks (because the other sketchy dealerships had been lying about how much income I made ect... WOW!!!) BUT that did not stop them! They went above and beyond and tried many different banks and made phone calls to higher up places and were able to get my husband and I approved if we signed the loan together- which worked out perfect seeing as my husband has ZERO credit and now this will actually help build him a credit rating! We got to choose when we wanted to pick up the vehicle and when we got there the car was immaculate! Detailed inside and out - full tank of gas - they took care of all paperwork including my insurance and had a temporary slip for us from my insurance company! They transferred our plates over from our old car for us ... we literally had to do nothing ... except get in our new car and SMILE! The whole process of buying a car had me SO stressed for a few weeks but from the moment I walked into RAY CULLEN the stress was gone! They definatlry treat you like family- they take care of EVERYTHING and even offer you hot coffee while you wait! More

They said they could match that deal in an identical Silverado that was arriving later that week. Truck arrived with no block heater, camera or AC outlet like the one I''d agreed to. Then they charged me over 400 to install a block heater citing the computer needed to be programmed to recognize it which I later learned was a complete joke, other dealerships do it in under 15 minutes and only charge around 100 for the part. My mistake was signing before I walked out and looked that closely at the truck, once I saw what they'd done they couldn't get rid of me fast enough. I bought the camera from a wreck and had another dealership program it to work six months later, never did the the AC. More

Fell for the old bait and switch I recently bought a vehicle, they tried to finance it and it didn't work through their business office. They then dealer traded the vehicle the same day, so they offered me a backup choice - just missing a couple of options - so I agreed. I obtained my own financing through my bank and went in to the dealer the next day to put a deposit on the vehicle that I have a SIGNED BILL OF SALE for....only to find out they sold it too. ALL OF THIS, within two business days. Right or wrong legally, it was a total dick move. Twice. More

Terrible Service. I agree with the above post. Said the work done on my car was not covered under my warranty, researched my throttle body problem, and did not come up with any companies who did not cover work done on my car was not covered under my warranty, researched my throttle body problem, and did not come up with any companies who did not cover it under the power train warranty except for ray cullen. as soon as my bill was paid they were extremely rude! excuses excuses excuses!
