For the last 3 plus years I have had nothing but disappointment from the service department. I would never return or recommend them to anyone. I sent my vehicle on August 16th for servicing. Keith, my service advisor called me later that day and told me that it will take 2 to 3 days for their technician to take care of the problem. I sent an email to Keith 5 days later and no response. I called later that day and spoke to Carlos and he told me that he will pass on my message to Keith the following day. At the end of the following day I had received no message or call back so I called again and spoke to Keith. This was exactly 7 Days later. Nobody had even touched my vehicle till then and I was told that it'll take another 2 to 3 days before anybody will even look at my vehicle. I have dealt with Ray Catena Mercedes for the last 20 years and I have purchased six different vehicles from them and done my services over there without any problems all these years. This is horrible experience with Ray Catena Jaguar service department and I would not recommend them at all. There are several other better options for servicing. I will be picking up my vehicle tomorrow and take it somewhere else. I will be definitely sending my opinions to the Jaguar headquarters as well. More
I have been with Ray Catena now for 6 years and their service and support is excellent. With the last service, Tony Bedessie and Shannon Flynn were outstanding (as always) and I always feel they have the service and support is excellent. From the moment I reached out to my salesman, Sanchit Verma, he listened to my concern, and within 10 minutes of getting off the call, I had my needs met and concerns resolved, along with an appointment made which caters to my very hectic and long work day. Where I thought the Ray Catena brand was the same at all locations, sadly it is not. My experience at the Marlboro location was left to be rectified by the amazing team at Edison. It is refreshing to work with such dedicated people who will go to whatever lengths to assist a client. Thank you Sanchit for helping me when my schedule limits my availability. You exceeded expectations, and just to let you know, my colleagues who work with me are blown away by the level of service you have provided!
