They have no shame to make critical recommendations valued at over $2,000, without actually looking underneath the hood and the actual car needs .Do NOT trust them! More so, when I asked the technician for explanations, they get defensive and take no responsibility for their recommendations. More

When i leased my QX60 I was given a 4 YEAR 38K MAINTENANCE INCLUDED. When my car was picked up and brought in for periodic service, my rep Casper called me and insisted that my maintenance had co MAINTENANCE INCLUDED. When my car was picked up and brought in for periodic service, my rep Casper called me and insisted that my maintenance had come to an end in March 2023. I have paperwork that shows otherwise. Also there is no reason why a car with less than 20k miles should need all new breaks. I will not be coming back to Infiniti after this lease is up. Terrible More
