For more then 5 straight mornings, since 8/5/23, I have been calling/voice messaging the Princeton Audi Service office. Nice Ladies, but I need action in addition to polite answering service. T Edmundson been calling/voice messaging the Princeton Audi Service office. Nice Ladies, but I need action in addition to polite answering service. T Edmundson is so difficult to work with. But at this point, Mgmt needs to step in. I had a comprehensive diagnostic done April 2023. I need a copy of the diagnostic report for insurance and shipping over-seas. I need this report. Could someone please respond!!! More

Tam, my service advisor, is great to work with. He made sure that my Q5 was serviced properly and quickly, and that I had a loaner when I needed one. Wife and I were on our way from Long Island to friends in Delaware when we hit a pot hole with my RS7. Left front tire sprung a sidewall leak and we managed to limp into Princeton Audi Service. They were spectacular in providing friendly and caring service. They managed to find a new tire and got us back on the road in 1.5 hours. Great people in their service department! More

Awful service - My car was brought to the shop for an oil change and service a week ago I picked the car up and before I got home my check engine light came on and my oil came on. I reached out to the servic change and service a week ago I picked the car up and before I got home my check engine light came on and my oil came on. I reached out to the service Director Carl Mesaros whose response was I don't know "what else to tell you but it happens I am sure you made a mistake at your work before obviously we did not put enough oil in the car". This is only one example of the many issues I have had with Audi Princeton Service the worst dealership, when you enter the building everyone seems to be so stressed More

Don’t come here. The mechanics that work here can not be trusted. Went to replace a headlight bulb, They broke the headlight fixture, which they denied, They said it The mechanics that work here can not be trusted. I stopped by Princeton Audi today after experiencing a problem with my key fob. Dino helped me immediately by changing the batteries and went over and above by going to my car with me to show me what to d problem with my key fob. Dino helped me immediately by changing the batteries and went over and above by going to my car with me to show me what to do in the event my key was not recognized automatically in the future.
