Sold my car to Prestige used cars all was ok until it was time to get my check I was told to come in Monday just 2 days after the sale. He has the patience to keep working with the customer and offered to have me call him at anytime also to set up an appointment to personally see him which I did on New Years Day which the dealership was open for car sales. He is knowledgeable on all the requirements the manufacturer recommends for the best possible performance besides the programing of the computer. Looking at used Lexus RX. Asked what was there best price. After few days they raised the price $1,479, and then it was reported there were three accidents on carfax, not two Asked what was there best price. AVOID this company - They put my three toddlers at risk for months, telling us they had cleaned out a mold issue caused by a leak in the sun roof of our vehicle (purchased from Prestige). Beyond disappo for months, telling us they had cleaned out a mold issue caused by a leak in the sun roof of our vehicle (purchased from Prestige). Beyond disappointing dealership and service. We purchased our Lexus GX from Prestige about five years ago and have been loyal customers, despite the sales team never feeling like they were doing all the work the way they said they did. The sun roof in our car developed a leak a few months ago that caused a mold issue. Our insurance company helped us through the process and even went onsite to Prestige to oversee the work at one point. They too felt that the service was extremely lacking, but we all held out the belief they were true to their word and fixed the issues. We had to take the car back last week as it still smelled very strongly of mold, an issue the service rep said was not mold, but was chemicals they had to use to clean it (5 months ago). Their solution was to just keep the windows down at night in our garage. Even our insurance adjuster agreed this was crazy. Tuesday the insurance adjuster went back to the dealership (where the car was) and confirmed it was in fact mold and the service team had not only fallen short of what they said they would do to repair the damage, but caused ever bigger issues rendering it completely unusable. They totaled the car out, something that never should or would have had to happen if Prestige had done the real work needed. I am not someone who takes the time to write a review, but feel like the public should be warned to avoid this dealership. More
