Our Service Advisor (Hugo) was fantastic. Gave us a detailed overview of what services were needed to keep the car performing at is max level. When I bring a car for service, I get an estimate of the cost, without asking. They always have a loaner car (if you reserve one), they always communicate the progress of your work, they always undercut th cost, without asking.
