Initial interactions were great, Bought a car from this dealership ~ 10 years ago. They have completed a few repairs on the same car, last being in 2019. Unfortunately, they last time they fixed the car (o dealership ~ 10 years ago. They have completed a few repairs on the same car, last being in 2019. Unfortunately, they last time they fixed the car (oil leak), they did not do a good job as 2 months later. the leak was still there. I called and the person I talked to, insisted that the car was fixed. I have been driving the car periodically adding more oil. Took the care to Minnetonka BMW for a different concern and of which I was pleased, they however mentioned the leak. I called Poquet and schedule an appointment and explained the issues. Took my car in and after the diagnosis Chuck called and ambiguously explained that he cannot find the leak and wanted to degrease the car. For clarification, I asked about the leak and how to proceed. He felt quite agitated to the point of almost yelling at me. He did not feel that I needed clarity and so I ended the call and picked my car the next day. I would not go back to these forks again as long as he continues to work there. By the way, they charged $170 for diagnostics and another $170 for degreasing the engine. Upon picking up the car, the engine continued to have oil in different parts of the engine. WILL DEFINATLEY AVOID THIS PLACE. A change of career might benefit Chuck, customer service is not your thing. More

I was in an accident and totaled my car. Waiting for insurance was painful but when I got to Poquet and found a beautiful, clean used Mitsubishi Outlander, that I feel in love with they were nothing sh insurance was painful but when I got to Poquet and found a beautiful, clean used Mitsubishi Outlander, that I feel in love with they were nothing short of amazing to work with!
