Purchasing a new vehicle can be a daunting task and walking into a car dealership can be intimidating, especially for a first time new-car-buyer like myself. However, the staff at Pointe West Honda really went out their way to make me feel at ease, welcomed, and comfortable throughout the whole process.
In particular, my amazing sales associate, CHARLES WILSON, played a major role in the biggest purchase of my life thus far. He had a very cordial, non-pushy demeanor which was evident right from the start. I felt like he was my own personal agent working FOR ME, to help me make the best decision possible and get the best deal possible. He knew the vehicles inside and out, and it was easy to see he had a very high level of knowledege and expertise.
Not only did Charles thoroughly answer my questions, but he did so even when I wasn't at the dealership!! A question would pop up in my head and I'd send a text to Charles which he responded to right away!! And Charles wasn't like the typical dealer who we all fear is just trying to extract as much money as possible from a customer. If I asked Charles if something was worth buying (for example, the blue floor light accessory I was thinking of getting), he wouldn't just say yes and urge me to buy it; he actually gave me HIS TRUE AND HONEST opinion (FYI, he thought the floor light was too dim and wasn't worth it)!!!
Like I said, I felt that Charles was WORKING FOR ME. He addressed all of my concerns from the mechanics to the pricing, and even style (I got a great set of rims which made my Accord look more sophisticated without being too gaudy). I had a LOT of questions, and he was always patient, informative, and accessible. Actually, I was really impressed with his patience. Had I been the one answering all those questions for someone else, I would have probably just gotten frustrated and annoyed LOL!
