Wouldn't recommend for Service needs! Communication nonexistent. Actually servicing nonexistent. Lacks Customer Service and professionalism. Many problems over the span of 7 days, but Communication nonexistent. Actually servicing nonexistent. Lacks Customer Service and professionalism. Many problems over the span of 7 days, but end of story is not 1 call was made to me about anything. I was given the wrong information about charging the electric car I was given without a choice. No one returned my calls when I called to check on status. After 7 days, I picked my car up and not 1 of the items was addressed. Not the brakes, inspection and emissions. They didn't even wash it for me. What was the purpose of waiting weeks for my appointment? Brakes can be replaced in a few hours let alone a few days! Oh and the other 3 items, were repeat issues from a November service appointment that weren't resolved. I will drive out of my way to avoid this dealership and drive to one that can address my concerns (all covered under warranty as this is year 1 of this car) with communication and awareness in a timely manner.
