Charged $358.93 for an estimate; actual repair cost $170.65! My 2002 Ford Focus had a ruptured brake line. PineRidge Ford suggested it would cost $2,701.93 to repair it. When I told them I would be taking my business elsewhere, they charged me $358.93 for the estimate. The actual repair cost me $170.65. The dealer, Kirt Prete, maintained that the estimate provided was "fair and reasonable," until I initiated legal action against PineRidge. In court, Kirt Prete stated there was an issue with the PineRidge Ford software program and the estimate was indeed inaccurate. Based on my experience, this company as a whole is untrustworthy and incompetent. Unless you enjoy being mistreated and over charged, avoid this place like the plague. More

BEWARE OF PINERIDGE FORD!! Their sales and pricing is the same you would find anywhere else. However their service and follow-up is horrible, almost to the point of criminal. We purchased new from them the same you would find anywhere else. However their service and follow-up is horrible, almost to the point of criminal. We purchased new from them, and that is when everything went down hill from there. I will make a very long story short from here on. We took our new purchase in for servicing, and the service rep tried to convince us that the repairs were not covered under warranty. After much yelling and screaming, talking to the manager and then talking to the owner, they accepted they were wrong, and paid the bill. Second problem came when we had purchased extended warranty from them. We had been told that the extended warranty could be cancelled with a partial refund if we no longer wanted it. We called them to cancel, and get our refund, and they told us that we could not get a refund. When I read the small print, there it was saying that there was no refunds. The finance person lied right to our faces, so we lost out on $1600, because she lied. Once again, we screamed and yelled, and spoke to the owner, but he told us to get lost in a nice way. I could go into a lot more detail, but I wont. To end off, the company I work for used to get our vehicles serviced there, until we caught them billing us for work they had not done. My company now deals with another dealership....DONT DEAL WITH PINERIDGE FORD...THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS!!! More
