I highly recommend Phil Fitts Ford & Lincoln from the bodyshop manager, workshop and the people in the office. Everyone is very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. They did an excellent job. Very friendly. Issues with car leaking rain, notified Dan at 5 pm. 9:15 very next day, Dan called and ask to bring the car that day. Car was checked out. Me being an auto technician in the past, Dan took us outside and reviewed what was done to determine the problem. This was greatly appreciated! New windshield to be ordered and installed. Half an hour after returning home, Dan called and appointment to replace windshield was made...in 4days. Very satisfied in all! More
