The emission dash light came on so I went to Pembina. They said the filler cap was defective so they sold me a new one and the total price was around $120.00. I asked why so expensive, and they said they had to use an analyser to find the problem and they charge for that. A week or so later they phoned me to ask if I was satisfied with their service. I said no and they asked why. I explained about the charge, so the lady asked if she could have the service manager call me and I said she certainly could have him call. I never heard from him. A salesman called and asked me to come in because they want to buy my Caravan and they can give me a good deal on a new vehicle. I went to see him and he made a proposal that they would be prepared to allow me $13,000 value on my 2009 Caravan that is still under 3 year warranty, and that I paid $32,520.00. There is 42,000 km on it. I guess they know what their product is really worth.
