Peel Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

Just bought a 2025 Ram Bighorn in late November 2025. 2 weeks after receiving the vehicle I had issues with several sensors. Blind spot, rear back up etc I brought the truck to Peel Chrysler Feb 26/20 2 weeks after receiving the vehicle I had issues with several sensors. Blind spot, rear back up etc I brought the truck to Peel Chrysler Feb 26/2026 for a recall and asked them to look at several sensor warnings saying unavailable while looking at recalls They informed me that I had a mice nest around one of my wire harness, and provided pictures. It was obvious this was an old nest with material from their overflow lot. Cat tail fluff which surrounds their sub par overflow lot behind the dealership. My truck still smells of grass and hay which was growing up into the rear part of my truck while it sat in their lot (field) when I asked my salesman Rocco about this he took it to the GM's attention (scott pollock) who basically said tough luck...I have no proof it was in the truck when I got it. It is not included in warranty work (mice damaged wire harness) but they could fix it at my expense for 950$ I would strongly suggest staying clear of Peel Chrysler and their very poor customer service. Many good dealerships out there but Peel does not care one bit about securing a new customer and helping them form a new relationship. I will be going elsewhere and not returning to this dealership More

Buyer beware. First off, they didn't do a proper PDI on my truck. They missed a big scratch on hood. And overlook a cut in wheel liner. Which they should have noticed when they did a half xxx job undercoating it. Had it there 3 times and everything I left truck rode worse or made more noise. Between not being able to balance the tires. To installing the wheel flare and it crunching all the way home because it was put on wrong which the screw holes were off an inch. And they bent quarter panel in the process. Truck has 5000 km and still shifting hard and crunching with every bump. But they say it just needs to be broke in. I will never go back there. I am a most unhappy customer. And dealing with FCA is a waste of time Warlock is Junk junk junk. Never again. Spend the Money on a ford. More
