Let me start by saying the staff is very friendly... BUT the service manager and mechanic will lie and sabotage to get business. As disappointing as that was, the work performed, however, was decent (after the service manager and mechanic will lie and sabotage to get business. We just bought our 4th Infiniti, from Kenny at Pearson Infiniti. They gave us all the numbers on text. My husband is always busy and they gave us the car overnight so i can show it to him. I took my car in for an oil change and inspection, my car was wrecked by the dealer's employee on the lot. I was offered a trade in 5k below Kelly Blue book on it! What a deal!
