Patriot Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of McAlester responded

Mr Joe, this statement is partly true. We did deliver a used vehicle that had a small scratch on a wheel. Upon receiving the truck, you looked it over to find any issues and let us know immediately about your wheel. We immediately handled and agreed to send $200 for the Scratch to be repaired. Approx 12 days later you reached out stating the bumper was dented up. We immediately fixed the wheel that was noticed… but we cannot cover any damage that happened after the purchase… especially 12 days. I find it Very unlikely that you noticed the small scuff on the wheel upon looking truck over but not the dent in truck/bumper… especially for almost two weeks. We do have the exact dates documented. I believe It was 11 days. It is very likely however that this happened while you had it parked somewhere in that 11 day timeframe. I apologize for us not being able to earn a better review… we strive to maintain a good reputation as you can see from our reviews. Thank you for your business… and have a Great year!
