I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Aim Mujib, for the excellent service he provided me last week. I first met Aim in 2008 when I was looking for my first Honda, a 2008 civic SI sedan. While unsuccessful, I left impressed by Aim's dedication, commitment and drive in looking after my interests. I left committing to Aim that I will purchase a car from him in the future. It's been almost 4.5 years since I had made that commitment and when the time came to purchase a new car for my wife, I looked to Aim and Parkway Honda. There was no second guessing, thoughts or other consideration.

I have always been pleased with the service at Parkway Honda. However, Aim's professionalism, attention to detail and overall customer centric focus exceeded my expectations.

We were in the market for a mini van so we went into Parkway Honda where we purchased our last 2 Honda products. We had a great experience in the past dealing with this dealership and it was a no brainer that we would be starting our process here. Our salesperson was Paolo and he was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We were given a great price so we eventually sealed the deal with Parkway Honda. Once I purchased the vehicle there was a hiccup on my end with my insurance company but Paolo was patient as the process played itself out. Great dealership to deal with!

This was the first time I purchased a car at Parkway Honda and it will definitely not be my last. I was particularly impressed with the perks they offered with the purchase of a used car (e.g. free oil changes for life if serviced at Honda, 10% of service costs going towards your next vehicle, free massages if you get your car serviced on Wednesday morning - my favourite!, etc.). Everyone at Parkway Honda values you as a customer especially Altaz Ramji. I never once felt pressured to purchase the vehicle and Altaz was very patient in answering my gazillion questions even after the purchase was finalized. I would not hesitate recommending Altaz Ramji (and Parkway Honda) to anyone looking to buy a new or used Honda!

I went to parkway Honda looking for a used car. Al Ramji the sales rep took really good care of me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. With Al I didn't feel pressured into buying a vehicle. Al was very patient and wanted to make sure I found the perfect vehecile that I was looking for. After I found my vehecile I was so happy. I recommended Al to all my friends and family. 6 weeks later my mom went to Al and she also bought a vehecile and is very happy.

I visited Parkway Honda because I had to fix an scratch at my door and my tires were damaged, I had bought a car from Al before, so I went to him and explained about my problem.
Al was so patient and handled all my concerns and many questions with great professionalism.
He gave me all the support that I needed and put in contact with the right people in order to have my service done.

My husband and I visited Parkway Honda after seing an ad for a Honda Pilot. We were assisted by Al for the whole process. I have to say I am a bit of a perfectionist myself, but Al was so patient and handled all my concerns and many questions with great professionalism. After we picked up the vehicle we noticed something that had not been done. I quickly called Al and he made an appointment for us to bring the car in. He himself went with us to the service department and made sure the problem was taken care of at no cost to us. In all the time I did not feel pressured and I would definitely refer my friends and family to Al. His service and attention were exceptional.

I was looking for a good condition pre-owned car specifically a Honda CRV that would be relatively new. We called several dealerships in the GTA and none of them responded like they said they would. I then went to Parkway Honda and I met Al. Al was very helpful with answering all my questions related to purchase my pre-owned vehicle in the end I got my car for a good price (we negotiated) and on top of that it had a low millage.Overall my experience was a positive one and I would recommend Parkway Honda.
