Purchased a used car (2019) from this dealership and prior to signing documents, I asked specific questions via text due to being out of state and unable to travel to the dealership. I asked if the vehicle had any damage or scratches- I was told ONE scratch. Prior to my transporter loading the vehicle in an enclosed trailer, he recorded evidence of a cracked tail light with a hole in it, sunroof seal was peeling/ cracked/ mostly gone and scratches/ dings on the body of the car and a chipped windshield. Also the car had 6 miles until empty on the gas tank. When these items were pointed out, a worker said "its a used car." I reached out to one of my sales people (Carlos) about my concerns, he blew it all off and said he would reimburse for gas. He has not reimbursed anything and has stopped responding to my text. Along with Cameron another sales person that was all over responding until the deal was done. Additionally, the vehicle is over due for service as it arrived with a warning light "service over due" and little to no brake fluid. A "reconditioning fee" of $1700 is tacked onto the sale price of the vehicle but the vehicle has not been touched. Lastly, the vehicle arrived dirty and had spills inside from the previous owner, no car mats and a 2nd key fob was to be sent but of course only one arrived with the vehicle. I have been told nothing but lies, still have yet to receive my copies of the final sales documents and management will take notes over the phone while saying that they will call me back with a resolution. NO call backs and NO resolutions have been provided. This has essentially been a scam. I would NOT recommend. More
My service advisor, was a second time around he was very thorough, He did excellent he told me a time frame to get my Ram truck issued fix by a diagnostic check then he explained the process . I bought a Jeep Rubicon 2023 there was a plastic in the back like yours they promised me to change it nothing was done and the worst of all that the head manager completely ignored me during 'a meeting he back like yours they promised me to change it nothing was done and the worst of all that the head manager completely ignored me during 'a meeting he's super racist plus he doesn't manage anything well there, again today on February 13th they asked me to come drop off the car saying that he was going to remove the plastic and replace it with one window they assured me that it will take 3 hours and they just called me to tell me that they didn't do anything today so I have to wait until tomorrow, the car is in their hands and I have to go out to go to work, so I'm having a bad experience with them I don't wish it on anyone, so avoid this dealer at all costs because the service is really low, they really don't respect customers More
I had an appointment with Leandro Alvarez at Orlando dodge saturday 2/10/24. I put down a $1000 deposit on a hellcat challenger. When I arrived I was given an offer from the dealer of $5000 down ( based dodge saturday 2/10/24. I put down a $1000 deposit on a hellcat challenger. When I arrived I was given an offer from the dealer of $5000 down ( based on the credit score they already had run). I accepted the offer and the monthly payment that went along with this down payment. The salesman is gone for sometime, around an hour. He returns with his sales manager Ron, the sales manager says that the $5000 down payment won’t be enough to cover a loan for a hellcat; but assures us that he can “ get us in ANY scat pack today. At first I decline as I did not want to drop trim levels as I’ve already owned a hellcat, but then I decide that I will drive the scat pack for a few months and then give it to my wife and then just buy another hellcat. The offer for ANY scat pack was based on my credit score and the $5000 down. The salesman is gone for much more time and then returns claiming “ the bank” which is closed and was closed when I showed up to the dealership, “is requiring $28k down” for a scat pack now. All the while this salesman decides to tell me this is 100% “what the bank requires” after already having said that I was approved for this car with a $5000 down payment, just not the hellcat. Shady tactics from the sales manager and salesman who gambled on the fact I’m in kidney failure and my car was stolen last July, thinking I would just sign for any amount of money just to have a vehicle again. Have you ever seen a bank open at 4pm on a Saturday? I certainly haven’t. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More

Purchased a used car from this dealership recently who proved to me what is said negatively about car salesman. Had a signed agreement in writing on the We Owe form that a particular brand and size of new proved to me what is said negatively about car salesman. Had a signed agreement in writing on the We Owe form that a particular brand and size of new tires would be installed on the car as part of the sale. I didn’t squabble about the price in exchange for the tires I requested. I discovered after the car was delivered at night that I was a victim of a bait and switch. Rather than the tires that were agreed upon the dealership installed a lower rated Korean brand tire I had never heard of. Calls to the dealership we’re ignored. I even sent an email to Kyle Durr, the General Manager, to which he has not yet replied. This has become a breach of contract issue and an example of complete dishonesty. I will never recommend or purchase from this dealership again and recommend that anyone contemplating a vehicle purchase in the future to stay away from Orlando Dodge. Will, the salesman, was a pleasant young man but the management stinks! More

He asked if I was ready to buy and I again advised I was not. At this point, said sales manager said you know it's the end of the month and we want to sell cars and walked away. I thought it was a pretty ignorant comment. I asked the salesman how much they were offering for my vehicle. The salesman said they wouldn't give me a price as essentially; I wasn't buying a car. Based on my experience, I absolutely would NOT recommend Orlando Dodge. Stay away! They're only concerned in profits not treating people as customers. More
