There's no doubt that the Explorer purchase with Jen at O'Daniel Ford was by far the best of all. From the initial contact to various test drives as we decided what Ford we wanted, to the final deal, Jen and the sales management team were entirely straight forward and open about the deal. The 3 things that I want from a dealership are; to be greeted by someone who I know when I arrive on subsequent visits, to have questions answered / problems resolved and to NOT get a deluge of phone calls pressuring me to buy if my initial visit didn't result in an immediate sale.
