This was an unexpected service since I experienced a disappointing breakdown after only 4K miles of owning the vehicle. It was towed to the dealership over the weekend and I expected that I would have to call on Monday but I was impressed that Sydney the service representative reached out first thing in the morning. She said she would call me later in the day and when we spoke she explained that unfortunately it was still not fixed. I inquired about a rental and arrangements were made within the hour. Much to my surprise the vehicle was repaired within a couple of days and I was able to return my rental on site which was very convenient. More

Nucar was unresponsive to my requests after my new vehicle had an engine issue after owning for a few hours and driving 15 miles. The inability to try to make this right made my Nucar experience terrible (my other Chevy was purchased from Muzi, but they are no longer in business).
