Just because I have a fleet account, does not mean that you overcharge. For a front break repair and to get a extra set of keys, the charges were $1300 and upwards. $550 for a new key, that's so wrong and you overcharge. The loaner car that I received, I drove less than a hundred miles and had to put $60 worth of gas. More
