Paul Carasco and Peter Fernandez were extremely helpful. I needed an engine rebuild and other things. It was expensive but everything was explained to me and I received discounts where possible. We didn’t get the service. Additional costs on top of the printed estimate we brought in and it was shady how instead of saying we couldn't use the mailer coupon we brought in Additional costs on top of the printed estimate we brought in and it was shady how instead of saying we couldn't use the mailer coupon we brought in he just slid it back and didn't say anything. It started with attempting to get an appointment to bring my vehicle in to have a tire replaced after sometime. Finally got somebody to come out and look at the tire. They checked the warranty and said it wa my vehicle in to have a tire replaced after sometime. Finally got somebody to come out and look at the tire. They checked the warranty and said it was covered and that bring the car back which I did at 9:30 AM, then I was then told As soon as Toyota approved the tire they would install it after 4 1/2 hours. I finally was able to pick up my car. The service at North Hollywood Toyota is questionable. I’ve yet to have a good experience there. More
