I have purchased two trucks from this dealership and did not have any problems with the sales department. However, the customer service that I received from the body shop was the worst I have ever experienc not have any problems with the sales department. However, the customer service that I received from the body shop was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. My truck was being repaired from hitting a deer and I waited for over 100 days to get my truck fixed. I was given one excuse after the other for them not being able to fix my truck which was mostly cosmetic damage. I also tried Toyota corporate customer service and didn't do much better with them, all they kept saying was contact your dealer, thanks for the help, Toyota. I can honestly say I will never be back to this dealership for any reason and may be done with Toyota all together. More

I was having a bad moment when I found out I had a nail in my tire. I drove up to the Toyota Dealership and asked the service department to take a look. Recently returned for service on my 4Runner. The service advisor was very transparent and kept me updated on every step the service tech was taking. While I’m the waiting room, one of the salesmen took time away from him working with customers to talk with me about my plans for upgrades on my 4Runner as well as my Tundra.
