After spending 30k plus I would not go back or recommend this dealership. The sales person was not what I expected. Only interested in a sale. When we picked up the vehicle, he couldn’t be bothered to go ov this dealership. The sales person was not what I expected. Only interested in a sale. When we picked up the vehicle, he couldn’t be bothered to go over the features etc. with the vehicle. We have to figure it out on our own. When we emailed him a question reply was I don’t know. Sorry. Past experience, the sales person took the time with their customer to ensure they were knowledgeable and comfortable with their new vehicle. I now regret dealing with North Bay Toyota. We will find an alternative should an issue arise with the vehicle. More

It was a relatively quick experience, it would be nice if Toyota were better able to provide delivery dates for vehicles not currently on the lot or expected in the next factory shipment.
