Your vehicle did not meet the requirements and the trade value was adjusted in conjunction with both. As far as the price of the vehicle that you purchased, we pride ourselves on the fact that we give all of our customers the most transparent pricing with no games, no gimmicks, and no hidden fees like many other dealers do when advertising online. Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately we already purchased a new Kia before we got the return call saying you could match a VIN to our deposit. So, we are not in the market for a new car at this time anymore. The primary way you can improve the experience is to make sure your Internet specialists stop insisting there are cars of a certain model on the lot to “test drive today” when there are actually none, and continue to insist even when you ask them to double check. Also, when a customer calls in and there are no cars on the lot of the type you have but you take a deposit over the phone, work out the details of incoming cars and assigned the deposit to a VIN which is acceptable to the customer rather than leaving them in limbo for a few days.
