Attended this dealership to get more information about and to test drive a 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. I was dealt with promptly by Patrick Johnson from the Sales Department. My first visit was informat and to test drive a 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. I was dealt with promptly by Patrick Johnson from the Sales Department. My first visit was information gathering, but I did have the opportunity to test drive a hybrid unit that was being currently used by one of their managers. On the second visit, I brought my wife so that she could actually see one in person. On the third visit, I brought our potential trade-in and was able to take a vehicle home for my wife to test drive . This was greatly appreciated as she does not like to do so at the dealership and feel the pressures that this environment brings to table. Needless to say she did like the vehicle even though the one she drove was not a Hybrid. I then took the vehicle back, Patrick and Dan were able to give me the trade-in value of my vehicle and we were able to come to terms on a Hybrid unit they said was due to arrive in late August. To our amazement, our new vehicle arrived within a week and we are now driving it. It will take a while to absorb all of the new tech features, however, my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase. Newmarket Hyundai was great to deal with on every level. Patrick Johnson was very professional and not your typical "pushy" salesman. Dan was accommodating and John in the Business/Finance office was very pleasant to deal with as well. We did not need financing on this vehicle but did appreciate that the option was there. Even the Parts Department was great. More

Don’t accept the security system they install after market for $700+. It can only track for 20 km from last known site. Police can’t track it. I confirmed this with the police in York Region and the supplier of the device to Newmarket Hyundai. NEVER sign a blank loan application that they say they then fill in on the computer. They flat out lied about my income, rent so I would qualify for a loan I couldn’t afford. I didn’t want to purchase a vehicle. If I ha it would not have been another Hyundai. Hyundai vehicles are too low seated for 5’2” under. Using a cushion so I can see total defeats the heated seat. The trunk on the Kona I had tricked on me to purchase can’t hold a walker, and grocery cart plus groceries. I can’t take 3 women with walkers out fr coffee or shopping. STAY AWAY from this dealership. So dishonest!! More

I just took delivery of a Santa Cruz yesterday. The whole process from my first visit to the dealership to the final delivery of the new vehicle.was pretty seamless. I changed to a different model vehicle mid-purchase, and despite that it all went smoothly. Hamed was the sales rep that assisted me. He was also the person that explained all the features of the new car in detail. With all the features on this model, it made it a lot simpler to have them explained. He did not focus only on the "WOW" features, and went through all of the features vcery methodically. He had taken the time to learn the vehicle in depth. I actually went back to Newmarket Hyundai for this purchase after a disappointing experience with another dealership in the area. Thank yuo Hamed & Charles for all the help. More
