I live 3. 5 hours from the closest Buick dealer and I will travel twice as far to never come to this place again! The service department is not competent for si 5 hours from the closest Buick dealer and I will travel twice as far to never come to this place again! The service department is not competent for simple repairs that I could probably do myself, but my vehicle is still under warranty so wanted to have it done “professionally”. The service manager, Damon, is completely unprofessional and disrespectful, he should be fired for how he speaks with people. He gets an honest review, negative, but honest, then gets arrogant and rude to the customer. This issue is and will continue to get escalated with General Motors directly. More

No callbacks I would like to start by saying Leroy in internet sales was great. He was personable, friendly and stayed in contact with me. Unfortunately he went on I would like to start by saying Leroy in internet sales was great. He was personable, friendly and stayed in contact with me. Unfortunately he went on vacation for a couple of days. Before he left I received an offer. After a few hours, I called the dealer back to accept the deal and Leroy had left for the day. I asked for sales manager Kevin Newby. The receptionist said he wasn’t available and as she hung up I heard her say my name and where I was from to someone. I called two hours later in the afternoon and left a message on his voicemail saying I would like to take the deal but had one question. I never received a call back, ever. I emailed Leroy explaining what happened and due to the treatment from others at the dealership I would not be taking the deal and shopping elsewhere. More
